“ It’s a large restaurant we came in a large group there was enough seating our server Ivonne was super nice and she was moving with are large group. We tried a little bit of everything. Overall I would recommend the shredded beef was delicious and would suggest some to add a bit more guacamole on the plate so small didn’t have enough for my flautas. ”

“ We had a great dinner at Huicho's Mexican Food last night. Having just found out about the restaurant after reading about it in the Redlands Community News we knew we had to try it out. The salsa was excellent! The chips were just ok. I ordered the sopa de albondigas which was excellent. It came with a red rice on the side which was very good AND onions and cilantro!! No wine but margaritas, micheladas, and beer. The margarita was great! My only criticism would be that the interior could use some interior decorating at least on the side where we were sitting. Definately will return to try out more dishes. The owner/chef, Huicho, was very friendly and it was great taking to him about the delicious cuisine of Mexico! ”

The food is indeed fresh, I personally saw perhaps the owner bring in fresh vegetables and other fresh ingredients into the store. The food presentation was beautiful i should’ve snapped a picture.
